A new Iperal supermarket is preparing to open its doors in Milan, located at via Ripamonti 181. Iperal, a prominent GDO company celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2026, is actively seeking to fill various positions for its latest Milanese venture.

No prior confirmation or reservation is required, and access is open to all interested applicants. The interviews will take place at Santeria Toscana 31, located at viale Toscana 31 in Milan. Candidates are advised to bring their resumes for consideration.

Available Positions and Requirements

Iperal is looking to hire for a diverse range of roles within the new supermarket. These include:

  • Cashiers
  • Information and cash desk staff
  • Shelf stockers
  • Butchers
  • Delicatessen assistants
  • Bakers
  • Day and night loading personnel

Key requirements for applicants include flexibility in working hours, including holidays, and a willingness to be mobile during the initial training and onboarding period. A predisposition for teamwork is also highly valued by the company.

Iperal’s Expansion Journey from Sondrio to Milan

Founded in 1986 in Castione Andevenno, near Sondrio, Iperal has grown significantly over its four decades of operation. The company currently boasts 56 supermarkets spread across the provinces of Sondrio, Lecco, Como, Bergamo, Brescia, Monza Brianza, the metropolitan city of Milan, and the province of Varese. Earlier this year, Iperal announced its continued expansion plans, targeting further growth in the provinces of Lecco, Milan, and Monza Brianza, with the new Ripamonti store being a testament to this strategy.

This new opening in Milan underscores Iperal’s commitment to strengthening its presence in key Lombard regions and providing employment opportunities within the local communities.
