Milan, June 17, 2026 – The Assolombarda headquarters in Milan today hosted the fifth edition of the ‘Learning Forum’, an Italian Communications event focused on learning within companies and institutions. The 2026 edition, themed “Learning Voice,” delved into the increasingly critical question of how to empower learners and integrate their perspectives into corporate training.
Shifting Paradigms in Corporate Training
In an era characterized by flexibility, empowerment, hybrid work models, non-hierarchical structures, and the pervasive influence of artificial intelligence, traditional top-down training approaches are becoming obsolete. The Forum highlighted the necessity for corporate training to evolve beyond mere content transmission, moving towards building experiences that address real individual needs, objectives, feedback, and skill development. This shift aims to make learning an integral part of organizational culture.
As explained in a statement, the theme “Learning Voice” emphasizes the need for organizations to move beyond simply designing content and courses from the top down. Instead, the focus is on creating experiences that genuinely cater to people’s needs, objectives, feedback, and skills, thereby embedding learning within the core of organizational culture.
Introducing ‘Oltre:’ – A New Editorial Format
The 2026 edition also marked the launch of ‘Oltre:’, a new format reaffirming Comunicazione Italiana’s role as a publisher. Fabrizio Cataldi, founder of Comunicazione Italiana, described ‘Oltre:’ as an “editorial space for in-depth analysis and discussion, designed to guide the community beyond the strictly event-based dimension and open new avenues for reflection on issues affecting businesses, institutions, and society.”
Key concepts emerging from initial interviews for ‘Oltre:’ included the importance of cultivating critical and lateral thinking, the need for clear objective definition to guide strategy, and the crucial role of empathy and trust in fostering collaborative relationships.

The day commenced with an opening talk show titled “Learning Voice: How Companies Can Give a Voice to Learners.” Hosted by Federico Luperi, News Intelligence Director at Volocom, the panel featured prominent figures such as Cecilia Calvi Parisetti, South West Cluster Talent Management Lead at Air Liquide; Romina Chirichilli, Director of People & Sustainability at Open Fiber; Marilena Dalla Patti, HR Director Italy at Kuehne+Nagel; Luca Malinverno, Head of AI Adoption at Datapizza; and Serena Rossi, Human Resources Director Italy at Siemens Healthineers.
