Fontana underscored the profound connection between Milan and the seaside resort, tracing back to Giuseppe Palanti’s original vision at the beginning of the 20th century, which imagined a ‘garden city’ nestled within the pine forest of the Romagna coast.

‘BoscoMare’: A New Green Lung for the City
