Milan, April 10, 2026 – The landscape of Milanese hospitality is preparing for a new, spectacular addition. A prime real estate asset in the heart of Milan is set to be transformed into an international 5-star luxury hotel. This operation was made possible by a €115 million financing granted by UniCredit to the Zefiro Fund, managed by Silver Fir Capital SGR, which owns the asset.
The Key Players: The Luxury Collection and Zuma
The new hotel will not only be a benchmark for design but will also bring two global prestige brands to Milan:
- The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts: This brand, part of the Marriott International giant, will manage the property, ensuring standards of excellence for an elite clientele.
- Zuma: The renowned international brand from the Azumi Ltd group will open a restaurant within the hotel, bringing its celebrated contemporary Japanese cuisine, which has already captivated global capitals, to Milan.
The exact address of this new hotel has not been disclosed, but it has been confirmed that it is not Palazzo Hoepli, which is currently subject to interest from an American fund due to the closure of the historic Milanese bookstore at the end of the month, and is also likely destined to become a hospitality project in the future.
A Strategic Investment for the City
