Lazio, via certified email, to initiate the procedure for the requalification, modernization, and expansion of the facility.

The proposal was submitted in accordance with Article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 38 of 2021, the regulation governing interventions on sports facilities. The dossier sent by the Biancocelesti club represents the first formal step to commence the administrative process stipulated by law.
