Milan, May 1 – A tragic accident occurred on the night of May 1st in via Federico Tesio, San Siro, resulting in the death of 20-year-old Francesco Consales. Consales, originally from Vercelli, was driving a scooter without a license when he lost control and collided with a car and several parked vehicles.
