These individuals are variously charged with kidnapping for extortion, robbery, personal injury, and other offenses aggravated by the use of weapons and mafia methods.
The Investigation and Reconstruction of Events
The investigative activities, conducted by the Caserta Mobile Squad, commenced following a complaint from the victim, a businessman active in the luxury car and watch sectors. Investigators meticulously pieced together the events, leading to the identification of the alleged perpetrators.
It emerged that in the first ten days of May, the businessman was followed, kidnapped, and robbed by a criminal group. The assailants took him to an isolated location where, with their faces covered, they severely beat and threatened him to extort several hundred thousand euros.

During the criminal act, the victim was stripped of a substantial sum of cash, a luxury watch, and a satchel containing the keys to numerous ultra-luxury vehicles stored at his dealership. The investigations revealed that the victim was initially approached by individuals believed to be close to prominent members of the Casalesi clan.
