Milano Green Week Kicks Off with ‘Green Days’ Theatrical Performance
Milan, June 8, 2026 – Milano Green Week is set to begin today, Tuesday, June 9, at 6:30 PM, at the Teatro Burri in Sempione Park. The week-long event, dedicated to the environment, green spaces, and ecological transition, will be inaugurated by Elena Grandi, Councillor for Environment and Green Areas, with the theatrical performance ‘Green Days,’ produced by Campo Teatrale.
The play offers an intergenerational reflection on sustainability and environmental challenges, presented through a dialogue between a father and a daughter. It aims to inspire thought on individual and collective choices in the face of ecological emergencies.
To protect the lawn, no seating will be provided for the performance. In case of adverse weather, the show will be relocated to Sala Agorà at Triennale (via Alemagna 6, Milan). Admission to the event is free, but reservations are required through the milanogreenweek.it website.
