The man is also alleged to have “locked her in the rooms of their central Rome home to punish her for not complying with his requests, to force her to listen to him, to bring his mistresses into the house, and to induce her to engage in sexual relations against her will.” At least nine specific incidents are cited, spanning from April 2024 to January 26, 2026.

Investigating Judge Rosamaria De Lellis commented on the gravity of the situation, stating, “A reading of the documents reveals the dramatic nature of some of the events suffered by the investigated man’s partner, especially considering the victim’s state of psychological subjection, who for a considerable period was subjected to repeated psychological and physical aggressions by the investigated man, not even deterred by the presence of their children.”
