- Cemeteries: Closed, except for urgent needs.
- Public and Open Areas: Aggregative, recreational, or non-competitive sports activities are banned.
- Areas Under Suspended Loads or Trees: These areas are interdicted.
- Tiber River:
- Riverbanks: All access points to the Tiber’s urban riverbanks have been closed by Civil Protection.
- Cycle Paths: Paths along the riverbanks are submerged.
- Aniene River:
- Overflow: The river has overflowed at Pontelucano (Plauzi) near Tivoli.
- Risk Areas: High-risk levels are observed in the V municipality, especially near the La Rustica district.

- Avoid Underpasses and Flood-Prone Areas: Citizens are strongly advised to stay away from these locations.
- Basements and Semi-basements: Avoid these areas due to potential flooding.
