MILAN, Italy – The race for tickets to the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics has resumed. As of 4:00 PM on Wednesday, December 10, the Organizing Committee has made a new contingent of tickets available to the public for some of the most beloved ice disciplines, traditionally attracting spectators from around the world.

Anticipated Release for Popular Ice Sports

This release was highly anticipated by fans, given the speed with which many competition sessions sold out during the initial sales phases. Now, enthusiasts will have another opportunity to secure a seat in the stands and experience live the spectacle of figure skating, short track, and speed skating – three disciplines that, for their elegance, adrenaline, and intensity, represent the pulsating heart of the indoor Olympic program.

The Milano Ice Skating Arena is poised to become one of the symbolic stages of the Games. With intricate spins, millimeter-perfect jumps, and choreographies that resemble moving paintings, figure skating is among the most iconic sports of the Olympics.

The new ticket release also includes Category C tickets, the most accessible price range, designed to allow the widest possible audience to attend the performances of the best international stars.

Short Track and Speed Skating Highlights

Fans of speed and last-minute overtakes can once again dream with short track, a discipline that never disappoints in terms of spectacle. The new block of tickets includes seats for some of the most anticipated races, including:

  • Men’s 500-meter final
  • Women’s 3000-meter relay final

Both are scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, an event that promises to transform the arena into a cauldron of enthusiasm.

The Milano Rho Speed Skating Stadium will host the speed skating competitions, a discipline where fractions of a second become decisive and where technique and power merge into a hypnotic spectacle.

In this new round of sales, tickets will be available for:

  • Women’s 3000-meter final – February 7
  • Men’s and Women’s 5000-meter finals – February 8 and 12
  • Men’s 1000-meter final – February 11
  • Men’s 1500-meter final – February 19

This selection includes crucial events, many of which will award medals and inevitably attract fans from all over the globe.

Digital Tickets and Exclusive Payment Method

Tickets are sold exclusively through the official portal. As established by the Organizing Committee, all tickets are digital, a choice that enhances security and traceability, facilitating access to venues and reducing environmental impact.

Furthermore, by virtue of its historical partnership with the Olympic Movement, Visa is the official payment method: the only one usable to complete the purchase of tickets.

The opening of new seats for sale represents a second major opportunity for Italian and international fans to secure entry to the most iconic events of the upcoming Winter Olympics. It is an invitation to experience the Olympics not only as spectators but as part of an event capable of uniting sport, emotions, and global participation.

With Milan and Cortina ready to make history, each ticket becomes a privileged window into the moments that will mark 2026.
